5. Take a print of the entire Recruitment Notification, including the ‘FEES PAYMENT CHALLAN’.
6. Fill in the Fee Payment Challan in a clear and legible handwriting in BLOCK LETTERS.
7. Go to the nearest Bank of Baroda Branch with the Fee Payment Challan duly filled in and pay, in Cash the appropriate Application Fee in Account No 29040200000198 with Bandra Kurla Complex Branch, Mumbai, in favour of “Bank of Baroda OFFICERS’ RECRUITMENT PROJECT-2011-12″. The amount of fee to be paid is indicated below : APPLICATION FEE (INCLUDING POSTAGE CHARGES) (NON-REFUNDABLE)
   1. For SC/ST/ PWD candidates – Rs. 50/- (towards postage charges only)
   2. For all Others Rs. 300/- (including postage charges of Rs.50/-)
   3. Application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn and fees once paid will NOT be refunded on any count nor can it be held in reserve for any other examination or selection.

1. Obtain the Counterfoil (Applicant’s Copy) of the Fee Payment Challan duly received by the Bank with (a) Branch Name & Code Number (b) Transaction ID (c) Date of Deposit & Amount filled by the Branch Official.
2. Candidates are now ready to apply Online by re-visiting the Recruitment Page of the Bank’s website and going to the sublink titled “Online APPLICATION FOR BANK OF BARODA OFFICERS’ RECRUITMENT PROJECT-2011-12″. Click on this sublink will open up the appropriate Online Application Format.
3. Carefully fill in the necessary details from the Fee Payment Challan in the Online Application Form at the appropriate places and submit the same Online.
4. Original counterfoil of the fee payment challan will have to be submitted with the Call Letter at the time of written test. Without counterfoil of the fee payment challan, the candidates will not be allowed to appear in the written test. Candidates are, therefore, advised to keep 3 photocopies of the fee payment challan for future use.
5. The name of the candidate or his/ her father/ husband etc should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the certificates/ mark sheets. Any change/ alteration found may disqualify the candidature.

EMOLUMENTS :-

PAY :- Selected Candidates will be on probation for a period of one year. They will draw salary in the scale of Rs. 14500-600×7/18700-700×2/20100-800×7/25700 applicable to Junior Management Grade/ Scale I. They will also be eligible for DA, HRA & CCA, as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly emoluments of Junior Management Grade/ Scale I Officer, including DA, HRA, CCA are approximately Rs. 23,000/- in a Metropolitan Centre.

APPLICATION procedure

1. GATE-2010 is scheduled on 13th February 2011. For detailed information on GATE-2011, interested candidates may log on to http://www.gate.iitm.ac.in or websites of other IITs and Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore.
2. Candidates need to purchase the GATE application form as per the information provided in GATE-2011 websites. They should fill-in and submit the GATE application form as instructed by the GATE authorities and wait for the admit card to get the GATE registration number
3. The candidates will receive their GATE-2011 registration number printed on their admit card. On receipt of GATE registration number, the candidates need to apply to IndianOil on-line. The relevant link will be made available from 10th January 2011 at the ‘Careers’ link of IndianOil website www.iocl.com.
4. Candidates should click on the on-line application link, read the instructions carefully and fill-in the on-line application form giving accurate information including the GATE-2011 registration number.
5. Upon completion, the candidate should submit the online application by clicking the Submit button at the bottom of the page. If the same is accepted, the system will generate a unique application ID along with the completed application form.
6. Candidate should take a print out of completed application, affix his/her recent passport size photograph, put his/ her signature at the space provided and keep with him/ her safely for future reference.
7. The passport size photograph affixed by the candidate should be the same submitted along with GATE-2011 application form. In case the candidate called for GD/GT and interview, he/she should come with this printed application form, along with GATE-2011 admit card and GATE-2011 official score card.

12th February 2011 is the last date for receiving application online.

Vacancies :-

Age limit : 18 – 28 years, as on 01.10.2010.Rlaxation as per govt rules.

Scale of Pay : 7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/ 1-19300

Eligibility Criteria (As on 01.10.2010) :
Educational Qualification
i) Minimum 12th Standard (10 + 2) or equivalent qualification thereof with a minimum of 60% marks (55% SC/ ST/ PWD/ XS)
OR
ii) Diploma Course passed after 10th Standard with a minimum of 60% marks (55% SC/ ST/ PWD/ XS), provided;
(a) Diploma course passed must be a full time course (Diploma course through correspondence are not eligible) with a minimum of two years duration
(b) The Diploma course should be recognized / approved by the State Board of Technical Education of the concerned State.
OR
iii) A degree (Graduation level) from recognized university with a minimum of 40% marks (35% for SC/ ST/ PWD/ XS)

Probation period : Minimum period of 6 months. Before the probation period comes to an end, the performance of the newly recruited employees will be evaluated and the probation period of these employees whose performance fails to meet Bank’s expectation, may be extended.

Selection Procedure :
All eligible candidates should apply on-line before the last date for registration of application.
a. Final selection will be made on the basis of performance in the written test and interview taken together. The questions in objective tests, except for the test of General English, will be printed in bilingual i.e., English & Hindi.

b. The written test will be of Objective type consisting of (i) General Awareness (ii) General English (iii) Quantitative Aptitude (iv) Reasoning Ability (v) Marketing Aptitude / Computer Knowledge

There will be negative marks for the wrong answers in the Objective tests. Candidates will have to pass in each of the objective tests.

Date of written examination : 16.01.2011 (Sunday)

Application Fee : Rs. 250/- (for SC/ST/PWD/XS Rs.50/- only) to be deposited in any branch of SBI by a prescribed deposit slip and get receipt upto 30/10/2010. Details of the payment should be entered in online application form.

Exam paper structure:

The mode of selection will go  through an All India competitive examination. This examination will consist of two papers(written test,  both are objective type)  of 450 total marks .Detailed info is given below:

1^st paper: General English and General aptitude/awareness – General English(100 marks) and General aptitude/awareness(50 marks).(duration 3 hour)

2^nd paper: Financial and commercial accounts – Financial management/cost accounting/Tax and commercial laws.(duration 3hour)
